Returns

Arnas does not provide the fecility to refund or exchange the product once purchased. In any case if you receive damaged item in transit or missing item in order, you can register a complaint with-in 48 hours by sending us an email at sales@arnasjewellery.com

Refunds

We offer refunds within 10 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Do share your order number along with unboxing video. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@arnasjewellery.com and send your item to

If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned above, you first check your bank account again or contact the bank or you can contact us at the support@arnasjewellery.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
